I have place ordered on this set of bed and bed frame set 2-3 weeks ago.
Although there was some hiccups in between the delivery and delivery was made 2 times.
But the team was effective in solving the problem and professional.

Delivery fast and good quality product. Value for money. I'm a side sleeper so the firmness is perfect.
However the bed is low. I suggest to change to a thicker mattress if you prefer higher bed. The bed frame is 20cm high and with the mattress it's around 32/33cm high.
Nonetheless, this purchase is very good for me for the low hundreds price, not comparing with those thousands priced bed. I gave it 5 star overall as I don't expect much.
